Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin)
Easily isolate intact CTCs displaying the EpCAM epitope from blood samples
Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin)
PN 100560
Summary Product Benefits:
- Gentle - Intact, viable CTCs and cellular morphology; suitable for cell culture
- Assay Confidence - processes CTCs from 1 mL - 40 mL volume in a single enrichment
- Easier Workflow - fewer steps, shorter workflow
The nRichDX Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) utilizes Revolution magbead chemistry with anti-EpCAM antibodies to capture intact, viable circulating tumor cells (CTCs) originating from epithelial tissues from whole blood samples.
The kit contains the reagents and nRicher Cartridges necessary for high sensitivity label-dependent CTC enrichment using the nRichDX Revolution System (sold separately).
The Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) is labeled for Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Together with other nRichDX Revolution Sample Prep Kits, The Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) may be used in tandem with other Revolution Kits to enrich CTCs, and isolate circulating cell-free total nucleic acid (cfTNA), cfDNA, and cfRNA from the same whole blood sample as shown in the figure below:
Figure 3 - Overview of enrichment of CTCs, and extraction of cfDNA, and cfRNA using Revolution Kits.
For a description of enrichment of CTCs, and extraction of cfDNA, and cfRNA from the same blood sample using the Revolution System, please see the poster from Jafari et al. titled, "Extraction of Multiple Analytes in Liquid Biopsy May Improve the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer" presented at the Cancer Genomics Consortium 2023 Meeting.
