PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Gentle, label-dependent enrichment for epithelial-derived CTCs.

The Revolution CTC Enrichment Kit (Epithelial Origin) isolates intact, viable CTCs displaying the EpCAM epitope from whole blood using proprietary magnetic beads and anti-EpCAM antibodies.

The workflow supports enrichment from as little as 1 mL up to 50 mL in a single extraction. For larger sample volumes, inquire about workflows up to 100 mL per extraction. Gentle processing is intended to preserve CTC viability and morphology and support downstream research such as cell culture.
